We ship worldwide. The shipping cost policy of all countries is as follows.

With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
DELIVERY TIME
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
- Due to high order volume, order processing days may be slightly longer than usual.
- For items in stock: Normally, it will take 1-5 days to process the order after the order is placed.
- We will make all efforts to deliver your package on time. However, delay may occur due to invalid address, customs clearance issues, public holidays and peak season etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.

RESTRICTIONS
Please note that there are some restrictions as our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses. Please be sure to put your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.
Some restrictions include:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.
- P.O. Box address is only supported for United States.
- We can't ship to non-continental Europe, usually refer to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.
FAILED DELIVERY SITUATION
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers.
Negligence includes, the customers deliberately refuse to receive the package, also, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name, so we or our shipping courier (DHL or others) cannot get in touch with the customers.
In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax paid to most countries including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, HK, New Zealand, etc.
There are a few exception countries in which the duty and tax will be delivered unpaid. If the country you are in is in the exception country, import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
In this case, customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
DOCUMENT REQUEST FROM SHIPPING CARRIER
For international shipping, different countries have their own rules for customs clearance. You'll need to give DHL any documents they ask for to help clear customs when requested.
Keep in mind that if you don't send the documents on time, your package might be discarded (thrown away), and you won't be able to get a refund.
It's important to follow your country's customs rules. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from customer negligence.
